As a resident of the Cape May area since 1985, Ann has thoroughly enjoyed living in this community with all that it has to offer. In the past she has worked extensively in the floral design industry, having owned her own shop outside of Atlanta, Georgia. As a result of this experience, she has learned that success can only be achieved by making the customer her number one priority.
Her most important job of all is having raised three wonderful children here with her husband Richard. She loved being part of Little League, Football, Cheerleading and all the activities that the children were involved in while they were young. Ann and her family have worked hard and donated much of their free time to bring the word "community" to life.
Ann joins HomeStead at an exciting time, and has opted to be a trail blazer in participating in our new specialized division as a Rental Reservationist. Already licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Agent, Ann's customer service background and positive personality are a winning match for the Rental Department. Her goal for this new phase in her life is to give every client the individual attention and personal time they may need to make their vacation experience a success from start to finish.
