William (Bill) relocated to Cape May on a full time basis in 1996, having vacationed here for many years with family and friends. He has found Cape May to be a relaxing "get-away" and prominent destination throughout the years.
Bill's business background has been in the manufacturing industry at Honeywell, Inc. in Fort Washington, Pa. and VIZ Manufacturing Co. in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. Over the years he has supervised employees and assisted with the daily expediting of materials to all parts of the country. He has worked to complete all aspects of the daily manufacturing.
As a Realtor, Bill has worked not only with the first time home Buyer but also with Builders. He understands the details relating to a transaction and works to complete each while representing his customers on an individual basis with Service, Confidentiality, and Respect!
Bill has become the Rental Manager position here at HomeStead. He will oversee both the Rental Department and Property Management Division of our company. Bill will also be Liaison between these two departments and our Web/Graphic Arts Specialist. His easy going personality, along with his management experience make Bill a perfect candidate for this position.
Bill is a member of the Cape May County Association of Realtors. He has been actively involved with the Golf Committee, working to raise funds to present Scholarships to our area High Schools. He is proud to say he is a graduate of Roman Catholic Boys High School in Philadelphia.
Bill lives with his wife of 40 plus years and is the father of two daughters, grandfather of three.
