In 1989 Tim discovered a passion for real estate while remodeling a historic Cape May property. This endeavor became a successful Bed & Breakfast, which he later sold in 1999. He presently co-owns Mangia Mangia, an award winning family-style Italian Restaurant.
Tim excels in human relationships, creating very satisfied clients. He provides his real estate customers with dedication, professionalism and efficient service. Tim has excellent marketing and negotiating skills learned through years of business development. Tim is best described as a "people person" and an involved member of his community.
Tim has been a native of Cape May County for 44 years. He has been a homeowner and a business owner in West Cape May for 15 years. Tim has a great passion for home remodeling and landscape design.
