We hired Tim Citrino to sell our home. In all our years dealing with in the service industry, we have never dealt with anyone who would go further out of their way to accommodate our every need. He did not limit his help and expertise to just the sale/purchase of the home, but also to all aspects of moving to a new area. He made suggestions to us about vendors, he helped with all aspects of getting the home up and running (utilities) and he continued to do this well after the closing of the home. Tim proves there is much more to pricing a home correctly and getting the best value for the buyer/seller. All of the “intangibles” he provides make the experience a very positive one.
The main reason for our recommendation of Tim is that he has incredible integrity of about what he does and says. He is always looking out for our best interests and we grew to trust all that he was telling us. He constantly kept us well informed, promptly returning our calls and emails and always made us feel as if we were the only sale he was dealing with. No detail was too small; no request was too large for Tim. He is a first class professional and very good at what he does.
